Casa 5 is an award-winning architectural dream of Sardinian granite rock. The house with a large patio is fantastically situated right on the sandy Sant'Elmo beach. Only a short walk through wild macchia separates the characterful villa from the beach and its phenomenal snorkelling and swimming. By the way: to the left and right of Sant'Elmo, many more spectacular beaches are waiting - and in Costa Rei, only 6 km away, a colourful weekly market for locals and tourists takes place on Thursdays and Sundays from May to the end of September.

Ferienaufenthalt in Sant' Elmo

Wir waren Mitte Mai 2022 mit unserem Hund zwei Wochen im Casa 5 in Sant' Elmo in den Ferien. Das Haus hat einen grossen, abgegrenzten Garten mit Meerblick und liegt in einer sauberen gepflegten Ferienanlage. Im Haus ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Als unterstes Haus in der Feriensiedlung ist es auch für Hundebesitzer ideal. Vor Ort wurden wir vorbildlich von einer zuständigen Person betreut. Zu beachten ist, dass Mitte Mai (auch in Sant' Elmo) noch viele Läden geschlossen sind. Im nahe gelegenen Villasimius existieren aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Aufenthalt in Casa 5 hat uns sehr gefallen.

Bewertung Castededdu 7 und Casa 5 Sant Elmo - Costa Rei

Bewertung Castededdu 7: Erhöhte Lage mit tollem Blick über die Costa Rei, incl. Mondaufgang! Der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet immer wieder unterschiedliche Ansichten der Costa Rei. Die Küche ist perfekt mit sehr viel Equipment ausgestattet und selbst von der Küche aus kann man das Meer sehen. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es endlich Fliegengitter und so kann man ruhig schlafen. Im Bad fehlt es etwas an Ablagefläche. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Wir waren nun schon zum 2. mal da und würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen, also eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Bewertung Casa 5: Einfach toll! Wer ein bisserl was für Architektur übrig hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Man kommt sich vor wie in Stonehenge. Die Fewo ist in 1. Reihe zum Strand und in 5 min. durch die Machhia ist man in einer kleinen Badebuch. Die Fewos sind großzügig in der Anlage verteilt und incl. Garten ist nichts einsehbar. Da die Fewo in 1. Reihe ist, sollte man gut zu Fuss sein, denn man kann nicht mit dem Auto bis direkt vor die Wohnung fahren. Die Küche ist sehr groß und ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine große Gefriereinheit. Leider gibt es an den Schlafzimmerfenstern keine Fliegengitter und man muss sich selber um Mückenschutz kümmern. Wer schonmal auf Sardinien war, weiss wie kompliziert die Mülltrennung hier ist. Bei dieser Anlage gibt es feste Leerzeiten, an denen man seinen Müll zur Sammelstelle bringen kann, tgl. von 8 - 9:30 und 20:30 - 23 Uhr. Hat uns ein bisschen genervt. Alles in allem ist es dort nicht zuletzt aufgrund der Ruhe und der schönen Optik mt viel Natur sehr erholsam und auch eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Beide Ferienwohnungen waren sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Danke dafür Melanie!

Traumferienhaus!

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegtem Haus. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Anlage mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir können das alles zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
