Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in der Villa Fiori 3. Ein wundervolles Haus, mit tollem Pool, schön geräumig, tolle Zimmeraufteilung, Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich nichts an diesem Haus auszusetzen. Der Service von Sardegna war vor dem Urlaub und auch dazwischen hervorragend. Namentlich möchten wir v.a. Sandra erwähnen, die vor Ort in Sardinien ist. Ganz toller Service!!! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Erholung pur mitten in der Natur

Wir haben das Villa Fiori zum 2. Mal gebucht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist perfekt zum Abschalten und relaxen. Die Nähe zu den verschiedenen Sandstränden und Pula ist perfekt. Wir hatten tolle Ferien und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Villa Fiori 3 befindet sich in absoluter Ruhelage oberhalb des Is Molas Resorts. Der Ausblick nach Nora und zum Meer ist wunderbar. Hier erlebt man Natur pur: Hirsche und Wildschweine kommen in der Dämmerung bis in den Garten. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Ein wunderschöner Platz zum Entspannen, mit Pool und Terrasse.

Toller Service: Vor und während des Urlaubs

Die Sardegna GmbH hat uns sehr gut betreut, sowohl vor als auch während des Urlaubs. Durch ein kurzfirstiges Upgrade sind wir sogar in den Genuss einer Villa mit Pool gekommen. Auf sardinien.de findet sich eine sehr gute Auswahl von Häusern mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Villa Fiori 3 - Pula

Die Villa entsprach in jeglicher Hinsicht den Beschreibungen. Insbesondere die traumhafte Lage, leicht erhöht mit Blick auf Pula und das Meer, sind hervorzuheben. Das Grundstück bietet relativ viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt lediglich zwei Nachbarn. Dadurch, dass es zwischen der Villa Fiori 3 und einem etwas höher gelegenem Grundstück der benachbarten Villa Fiori 1 und 2 keine Begrenzung gibt, hatten wir in der ersten Woche Berührung auch zu den Kindern der Gäste einer dieser Villen, da ihr Fußball hin und wieder auf dem Grundstück der Villa Fiori 3 landete... Es war aber alles im Rahmen. Wenn beide Parteien tolerant und gleichzeitig diskret sind, klappt auch das gut. In der unmittelbar angrenzendem Villa Fiori 4 hatten wir sehr nette Nachbarn, aber auch hier konnte jeder seinen privaten Bereich gut für sich nutzen. Beeindruckt waren wir von der Weitläufigkeit des Grundstücks - wir konnten prima einen Drachen steigen lassen oder mit der Wurfscheibe spielen. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Die untere Terrassenebene mit Barbecue konnten wir aufgrund der vielen Wespen eher nicht nutzen. Vielleicht dann zu einer anderen Jahreszeit. Aber es war schön, ab und zu einfach mal dort hinunter zu gehen und den Blick auf das Meer und Pula zu genießen. Den Grill nutzen wir dennoch! Wir hatten vor Ort einen sehr netten Empfang durch Sandra und eine total freundliche Betreuung: Paolo kümmerte sich liebevoll um die Reinigung des Pools und hatte stets ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Ein defekter Kühlschrank wurde zeitnah gegen einen neuen ersetzt und eine kleine Wasserpanne in der Küche durch fehlende Abdeckung der Beregnung schnell gemeinsam beseitigt und die Kappe besorgt. Jeden Morgen bekamen wir Besuch vom Sardischen Hirsch, 4 Tiere waren zu beobachten. Leider haben sich auch die Wildschweine zur Verärgerung des Gärtners im Garten wohlgefühlt... Wir urlaubten inmitten der Natur! Bei einem Spaziergang mit Rückkehr in der Dämmerung schreckte ich unbeabsichtigt einige dieser Tiere auf... Aber ich glaube, die Wildschweine hatten mehr Angst vor mir, als ich vor ihnen. Die Nähe zu Pula ist gut. Einzig das Badezimmer hat nicht ganz unseren Wünschen entsprochen, aber es funktionierte alles tadellos und war auch im sauberen Zustand bei Übergabe des Hauses. Vielleicht mag der Eigentümer hier über eine Erneuerung nachdenken. Die Schlafräume waren wie beschrieben. Matratzen sind Geschmacksache... Ging so. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und kehren gerne in diese Unterkunft zurück - es ist eine Oase inmitten und umgeben (von) der Natur! Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub - wir sind sardinieninfiziert!

Echter sardischer Charme!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Fiori 3 wirklich sehr genossen. Pool und Garten sind äußerst gepflegt, die Lage ist toll. Vom großzügigen Garten mit wunderschöner Bepflanzung (Palmen, blühende Sträucher) und von der separaten, sehr gemütlichen Pergola hat man einen herrlichen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Privatsphäre ist perfekt gewahrt. (Das Nebenhaus war in der Woche, die wir dort verbrachten, unbewohnt. Ob man die Nachbarn gut hört, wenn das Haus bewohnt ist, kommt wohl auf die Nachbarn an...) Das Haus besitzt echten sardischen Charme. Küche und Bad sind relativ einfach ausgestattet und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings tut das dem Ambiente im Großen und Ganzen keinen Abbruch. Der Zugang zum Haus sowie die Terrasse sind malerisch südländisch: Man kommt immer gerne zurück zum Haus. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist sehr "rustikal" - mit einem tiefer gelegten Auto wohl kaum zu bewältigen. Die Mülltrennung hat uns im ersten Moment ein wenig abgeschreckt, ist aber weniger kompliziert, als vermutet. Auch das Entsorgen zum Schluss beim eigenen Entsorgungsort der Anlage ist kein Problem. (Achtung: der Grüngutkübel ist unten offen!) Die Betreuung vorort ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sollten Probleme auftauchen (was bei uns nicht der Fall war), ist bestimmt schnelle Unterstützung zur Hand. Pula, Supermarkt, viele schöne Strände: alles in bequemer Fahrdistanz. Den Charme einheimischer Fischerdörfer und romantische abentliche Spaziergänge an Meerespromenaden sucht man allerdings vergeblich in der Umgebung. Die Preise in der Region (Kaffee, Essen, Einkauf) sind um einiges höher, als wir erwartet hatten (Schweizer Niveau). Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort, um eine romantische Woche zu zweit zu verbringen!

Vollkommen stressfreier Urlaub, tolles Haus mit kleinem aber schönen Pool und riesigem Garten in einer absolut ruhigen Landschaft. Rehe und Hirsche kommen Abends in den Garten. Unglaublich !! Kein Problem mit den Nachbarn, man ist für sich ohne Störung. Tolle Restaurants und 2 gute Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Traumhafte Badebuchten en masse sind schnell erreichbar. Viel besser geht es nicht. Betreuung vor Ort von Sandra von Sardegna.de lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ein unglaublich erholsamer Urlaub, tolles Haus mit eigenem Pool und riesigem Garten in einem absolut ruhigen Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Von den Nachbarn ist kaum etwas zu hören und zu sehen, sehr gute Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

A sandy beach in the immediate vicinity of the Nora archaeological excavations, about 2 km away from Pula.

I Fichi

A long sandy beach that takes its name from the fig trees that grow over much of Sardinia (unfortunately not on this beach). From the Pula town centre, the beach can be reached by heading towards Nora and turning left at the last road junction, towards Cagliari. Immediately after having turned left, make a right into an unpaved road that leads you to the beach.

Su Guventeddu

A sandy beach directly adjacent to I Fichi beach. From the Pula town centre, it can be reached by heading towards Nora. After the junction, drive towards Cagliari some 700 metres and then turn right onto a dirt road that leads to the beach.

Santa Margherita

A sandy beach, a few kilometres long. One section is part of the famous Forte Village holiday resort. The beach lies parallel to the SS 195 from km 38-41. It is only accessible from a few points, for example at km 39.8 right beside the Forte Village Hotel. Turn off and drive through the arch saying "La Pineta".

Pinus Village

A small bay for swimming, only a few hundred metres wide, bordered by a stony cliff-lined coast many kilometres long. Ideal for children because the water is very shallow. Turn off at km 41,8 SS 195.

Su Portu

The first of Chia's glorious beaches. Facing the sea, this beach is to the left of the old Spanish watchtower on the hill. A small island lies nearby.

This beach between Sa Colonia and Campana runs past a lagoon where a great many seabirds can be found.

Campana

The access road lies opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna, and you drive past the small golf course towards the sea. This small, very sheltered beach is only accessible on foot and lies between the Campana Dune and Monte Cogoni beaches.

Campana Dune

Take the access road opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna and drive towards Spiaggia Su Giudeu. This fabulous sandy beach lies between the Campana and Su Giudeu beaches, right alongside the sand dunes that reach up to 20 metres high. You can also watch the pink flamingos in the neighbouring lagoon.

Su Giudeu

The longest and perhaps the best of Chia's beaches, it has a small, rocky island lying offshore and a lagoon, which usually throngs with flamingos. Drive to the end of the road where you will find a car park with shaded parking spaces.

s'Abba Durci

The beach of s'Abba Durci (which is Sardinian meaning fresh water beach) is the long sandy beach on the south side of the island of Giudeu, forming part of the scenic dune formation Spartivento. At the end of the dirt road, there is a large car park with a bar and showers. On the same beach in summer, several establishments that offer water sports, entertainment and bar service.

The last of Chia's beaches can only be reached on foot from Su Giudeu: a small, picturesque bay with sand, rocks and an unspoilt macchia landscape behind the beach.

Tuerredda

Drive past the Chia beaches and follow the road along the coast. After about 5-7 km, you will encounter the deep blue waters of Tuerredda and its sweeping sandy bay, with another rocky offshore island in the middle.

Malfatano

The beach just beneath the Cape of Malfatano. Behind the bay with the small fish boats turn off left (signposted). Here you also have the possibility to rent motorboats, and if you reserve beforehand, you can have dinner right on the beach. (+39-3409004069)

Piscinnì

The Piscinni beach, belonging to the municipality of Domus de Maria, is a few kilometres from the beach of Tuerredda and Malfatano Cape. The beach is consists of fine white sand with crystal-clear waters shimmering from green to turquoise. The seabed is sandy and low. There is the presence of rocks, and the beach appears rough and wild. Behind the beach is a saline lake, which in the summer months dries completely.

Campionna e Arboi

Small bays on the coastal road to Teulada are signposted. The small rocky islands offshore and the diverse sea bed make them ideal beaches for snorkelling and scuba-diving.

A very nice sandy beach on Capo Teulada behind Teulada marina, with a small offshore island. A breathtaking view all along the cliff-lined coast to Capo Malfatano. Parking, bar and rubber dinghy rental in high season.

Archeological Excavation of Nora

The city, founded by Phoenicians, is perhaps the oldest of Sardinia, as it is carved in the stele of the same name (9th-8th century BC). Nora is located 36 km from Cagliari, on a small bay sheltered from the wind. Some of the remains are from Phoenician and Carthaginian times; However, most of them are from the Roman era. Many finds are located in the Archaeological National Museum in Cagliari, but some pieces are also exhibited in the local museum in Pula. Open daily from 9:00-19:00 or until sunset.

Parco WWF Monte Arcosu

The Monte Arcosu National Park lies very close to the town of Capoterra and is surrounded by a magnificent landscape. The park is run by the WWF and right at the entrance to the park is a refuge for Corsican Red Deer, which are a pleasure to see, especially for children. The many hiking trails in the park are well marked. How to get there: drive to the town of Capoterra and follow the signs from there to the Parco WWF Monte Arcosu.

Is Zuddas limestone cave

The cave is about 6 km from the town of Santadi. Follow the SS 195 past Teulada and follow the signs. The visit takes about 45 min. Inside the cave it is between 18-21 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Please ask for opening and guiding times directly at the cave administration. Normally a tour starts as soon as there are enough visitors. Closed for lunch.

Pula

Crystal clear waters lap its shores, and every summer its long and sandy coast is a popular destination for a great number of tourists who help to increase the economic activity of the village. Pula is extremely well known for the important archaeological area of Nora, a large Roman amphitheatre that lies directly on the sea and is used for a music festival in summer. Pula is a lively and extremely active centre which preserves many typical urban characteristics of the lower Campidano area. It is well known for the excellence of its fruits, such as figs and the “Camona” tomatoes. The Archaeological Museum is found in the village and preserves the findings from the Nora area. The heartfelt feast in honour of Sant'efisio, the Feast of San Giovanni Battista and the Feast of Sant'Isidoro can not be missed. Domus de Maria

Domus de Maria is located in the deep south of the island and its territory contains a myriad of breathtaking natural wonders, ranging from the splendid and renowned beaches of the Chia district to the mountains covered by forests. The area is characterised by long beaches with imposing dunes where age-old junipers grow undisturbed and by granite peaks and luxuriant woods where it is not unusual to come across deer or boars. The territory has been inhabited since the Nuragic Age, as shown by the Baccu Idda Nuraghe and the numerous betilic stones of Punta Su Sensu. The town of Bithia was of extreme importance and is found today within the district of Chia. One of the events that cannot be missed is the Fig Festival, the sweet and succulent fruit of the Chia area, the Fish Festival in the month of May and the Feast of 's'Arroseri" in honour of the Madonna del Rosario, the Patron Saint of the village, which is celebrated on the first Sunday in October.(sardegnaturismo.it)

Archeological Museum "Giovanni Patroni" - Pula

The small museum is an indispensable complement to the ruins of Nora, and the same ticket can be used. The highlight of the collection is the “gorgoneion” (head of gorgonians) covered in gold foil. Laguna di Nora - Pula

The open air museum between the beaches of Agumu and the Fradis Minoris peninsula and offers a view of the impressive Nora lagoon. The basin receives the waters of Rio Arrieras, on whose mouth the most representative species of the lagoon live: ducks, herons and garzettes. The main theme of the exhibition is the Mediterranean water fauna and is dedicated to environmental education. From June to September it can be visited at set times; from October to May, upon reservation for groups.
