Wir verbrachten als Paar 12 Tage im Juni 2024 in der Villa Fiori 4. Top: Lage, Ausblick, Pool, Ausstattung, Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, Stauraum, Wifi, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine. Kritikpunkt: es handelt sich NICHT um ein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Ferienwohnung in einem 2 Parteienhaus. Von der Aufteilung ist es gut gelöst mit eigenem Eingang, anderer Ausrichtung und getrenntem Outdoorbereich. Wir hatten auch Glück, denn die Mieter der anderen Wohneinheit (Villa Fiori 3) waren ruhig. Ich möchte dort aber nicht dicht an dicht mit lauten Mitmietern wohnen müssen.

Tolle, solide Villa Fiori 4 mit schönem Pool. Geschmackvoll engerichtet. 4 Balken LTE für remote work. Vom anderen Teil des Hauses bekommt man praktisch nichts mit; de facto Alleinlage. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Betten sind top, Haus ist herrlich kühl - wir waren Pfingsten 22 dort bei täglich 30 Grad. Auto erforderlich - eh klar. Zu den schönen Stränden ab 10; Chia 20 Minuten. Unbedingt Su Giudeu besuchen! Golf 8 Min. Supermarkt mit Fischabteilng 12 Min. Bei Sardegna GmbH hat wieder alles gepasst, inkl. Anmietung. Danke!

Fiori 4 Süd-Sardinien

Das Haus ist optimal für vier Personen. Wir hatten zudem unseren Hund dabei. Trotz der Hitze machten wir längere Spaziergänge um den nahegelegenen, teils von Wald umgebenen Teich. Regelmäßig trafen wir dort Rehe und Wildschweine (für unseren Hund sehr interessant!). Die Lage ist super, ein Auto ist allerdings Bedingung. Pula erreicht man in circa 7 Minuten, den Strand ebenso. Auch Restaurants sind in kurzer Entfernung. Hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wir hatten 3 wunderbare Wochen in einem sehr schönen Haus, mitten im Wald, mit Blick aufs Meer und privatem Pool. Der Service war trotz Corona sehr gut. Auf Anfragen und Kritik wurde sofort reagiert. Einzig negativer Aspekt, war die furchtbare Straße zum Haus. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Tischtennisplatte auf der unteren Terasse, da viel Platz vorhanden ist und die Investition sicher nicht zu hoch ist. Gerne buchen wir das Haus nochmal!!!!

Schon so oft haben wir diese kleine Villa in den vergangenen Jahren angemietet, hatten aber wegen Reisen in andere Länder einige Jahre Pause gemacht. Die Rückkehr nach Is Molas in diesem Sommer fühlte sich an 'wie nach Hause kommen'. Alles war, wie immer, wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Erholsame Zeit im Fiori 4, Sadrdinien

Die Bilder in den Unterlagen sahen sehr gut aus, wird dies auch vor Ort so sein? Die Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt und alles war wie in den Unterlagen.Abseits, mit toller Aussicht und und einem schönen Pool. in 10 Minuten ist man im netten Dorf PULA das genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. in 20 Minuten ist man an den schönstens Stränden in Chia. Und wer wie wir im September geht, wir fasziniert sein vom Rufe der Hirsche die um diese Jahreszeit in der Brunft stehen. Wir können dies nur weiter empfehlen. Tipp: Wir empfehlen eine Mietwagen mit hoher Bodenfreiheit (SUV), weil es doch viel holprige Naturstrassen hat. Hat

Villa Fiori 4 - eine absolut perfekter Pfingsturlaub

Hallo liebes Sardegna Team, unser Urlaub ist jetzt schon wieder eine gefühlte Ewigkeit her (10 Tage :-)) und da ich weiß, dass negative Kritik immer schnell ausgesprochen wird und Lob nur selten verteilt wird möchte ich mich kurz sehr löblich über unsere Reise äußern. Ihr Team hat von Anfang an einen tollen Job gemacht. Wir wurden bei der Reiseziel-Auswahl gut beraten und haben eine tolle Villa empfohlen bekommen. Die Buchung lief reibungslos und alle wichtigen Dinge waren im Vorfeld gut erklärt. Die Anfahrtsmappe und die Reiseinfos sind super. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung von den beiden Hausmanagerinnen war perfekt. Wir wurden empfangen, alles wurde erklärt, Probleme (z.B. Waschmaschine kaputt) wurden sofort und zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die neue Waschmaschine wurde sogar sonntags! geliefert. Der "Poolboy" und örtliche Pizzabäcker Paolo ist richtig nett und hat mir sogar ein paar Tipps für den Pizzaofen im Garten gegeben. Die Villa Fiori ist toll, es fehlt an fast gar nichts in diesem Haus und die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit war für uns traumhaft. Der Pool ist der Hammer! Die Küche könnte das ein oder andere Küchenutensil gebrauchen, es fehlt u.a. ein Schneebesen und der Mixer ist sehr altersschwach, ein paar Pfannen und Trinkgläser wurden ja schnell nachgeliefert. Die Umgebung dort ist für Mountainbiking perfekt geeignet (sagt zumindest meine Frau) und natürlich sind die Strände der absolute Wahnsinn. An Pfingsten noch teilweise etwas kühl im Wasser, aber die Ruhe überall und die überschaubare Zahl an Touristen ist doch sehr angenehm. Abschließend ein Zitat meiner achtjährigen Tochter: "Papa - das ist Urlaub genau nach meinem Geschmack" - Ich glaube dieses Zitat sagt mehr als meine ganze Mail ;-)

A sandy beach in the immediate vicinity of the Nora archaeological excavations, about 2 km away from Pula.

I Fichi

A long sandy beach that takes its name from the fig trees that grow over much of Sardinia (unfortunately not on this beach). From the Pula town centre, the beach can be reached by heading towards Nora and turning left at the last road junction, towards Cagliari. Immediately after having turned left, make a right into an unpaved road that leads you to the beach.

Su Guventeddu

A sandy beach directly adjacent to I Fichi beach. From the Pula town centre, it can be reached by heading towards Nora. After the junction, drive towards Cagliari some 700 metres and then turn right onto a dirt road that leads to the beach.

Santa Margherita

A sandy beach, a few kilometres long. One section is part of the famous Forte Village holiday resort. The beach lies parallel to the SS 195 from km 38-41. It is only accessible from a few points, for example at km 39.8 right beside the Forte Village Hotel. Turn off and drive through the arch saying "La Pineta".

Pinus Village

A small bay for swimming, only a few hundred metres wide, bordered by a stony cliff-lined coast many kilometres long. Ideal for children because the water is very shallow. Turn off at km 41,8 SS 195.

Su Portu

The first of Chia's glorious beaches. Facing the sea, this beach is to the left of the old Spanish watchtower on the hill. A small island lies nearby.

This beach between Sa Colonia and Campana runs past a lagoon where a great many seabirds can be found.

Campana

The access road lies opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna, and you drive past the small golf course towards the sea. This small, very sheltered beach is only accessible on foot and lies between the Campana Dune and Monte Cogoni beaches.

Campana Dune

Take the access road opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna and drive towards Spiaggia Su Giudeu. This fabulous sandy beach lies between the Campana and Su Giudeu beaches, right alongside the sand dunes that reach up to 20 metres high. You can also watch the pink flamingos in the neighbouring lagoon.

Su Giudeu

The longest and perhaps the best of Chia's beaches, it has a small, rocky island lying offshore and a lagoon, which usually throngs with flamingos. Drive to the end of the road where you will find a car park with shaded parking spaces.

s'Abba Durci

The beach of s'Abba Durci (which is Sardinian meaning fresh water beach) is the long sandy beach on the south side of the island of Giudeu, forming part of the scenic dune formation Spartivento. At the end of the dirt road, there is a large car park with a bar and showers. On the same beach in summer, several establishments that offer water sports, entertainment and bar service.

Cala Cipolla

The last of Chia's beaches can only be reached on foot from Su Giudeu: a small, picturesque bay with sand, rocks and an unspoilt macchia landscape behind the beach.

Tuerredda

Drive past the Chia beaches and follow the road along the coast. After about 5-7 km, you will encounter the deep blue waters of Tuerredda and its sweeping sandy bay, with another rocky offshore island in the middle.

Malfatano

The beach just beneath the Cape of Malfatano. Behind the bay with the small fish boats turn off left (signposted). Here you also have the possibility to rent motorboats, and if you reserve beforehand, you can have dinner right on the beach. (+39-3409004069)

Piscinnì

The Piscinni beach, belonging to the municipality of Domus de Maria, is a few kilometres from the beach of Tuerredda and Malfatano Cape. The beach is consists of fine white sand with crystal-clear waters shimmering from green to turquoise. The seabed is sandy and low. There is the presence of rocks, and the beach appears rough and wild. Behind the beach is a saline lake, which in the summer months dries completely.

Small bays on the coastal road to Teulada are signposted. The small rocky islands offshore and the diverse sea bed make them ideal beaches for snorkelling and scuba-diving.

A very nice sandy beach on Capo Teulada behind Teulada marina, with a small offshore island. A breathtaking view all along the cliff-lined coast to Capo Malfatano. Parking, bar and rubber dinghy rental in high season.

If you are looking at the sea, the Arveskida beach bar is located on the right end of the s'Abba Durci beach, directly in front of the large car park. Here you can hire sun loungers, book boat trips, participate in all kinds of water sports and enjoy delicious food and drink. In addition, there are regular small parties with buffets and music, where the mood is always good - you can dance barefoot in the fine, white sand!

Archeological Excavation of Nora

The city, founded by Phoenicians, is perhaps the oldest of Sardinia, as it is carved in the stele of the same name (9th-8th century BC). Nora is located 36 km from Cagliari, on a small bay sheltered from the wind. Some of the remains are from Phoenician and Carthaginian times; However, most of them are from the Roman era. Many finds are located in the Archaeological National Museum in Cagliari, but some pieces are also exhibited in the local museum in Pula. Open daily from 9:00-19:00 or until sunset.

Parco WWF Monte Arcosu

The Monte Arcosu National Park lies very close to the town of Capoterra and is surrounded by a magnificent landscape. The park is run by the WWF and right at the entrance to the park is a refuge for Corsican Red Deer, which are a pleasure to see, especially for children. The many hiking trails in the park are well marked. How to get there: drive to the town of Capoterra and follow the signs from there to the Parco WWF Monte Arcosu.

Is Zuddas limestone cave

The cave is about 6 km from the town of Santadi. Follow the SS 195 past Teulada and follow the signs. The visit takes about 45 min. Inside the cave it is between 18-21 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Please ask for opening and guiding times directly at the cave administration. Normally a tour starts as soon as there are enough visitors. Closed for lunch.

Pula

Crystal clear waters lap its shores, and every summer its long and sandy coast is a popular destination for a great number of tourists who help to increase the economic activity of the village. Pula is extremely well known for the important archaeological area of Nora, a large Roman amphitheatre that lies directly on the sea and is used for a music festival in summer. Pula is a lively and extremely active centre which preserves many typical urban characteristics of the lower Campidano area. It is well known for the excellence of its fruits, such as figs and the “Camona” tomatoes. The Archaeological Museum is found in the village and preserves the findings from the Nora area. The heartfelt feast in honour of Sant'efisio, the Feast of San Giovanni Battista and the Feast of Sant'Isidoro can not be missed. Domus de Maria

Domus de Maria is located in the deep south of the island and its territory contains a myriad of breathtaking natural wonders, ranging from the splendid and renowned beaches of the Chia district to the mountains covered by forests. The area is characterised by long beaches with imposing dunes where age-old junipers grow undisturbed and by granite peaks and luxuriant woods where it is not unusual to come across deer or boars. The territory has been inhabited since the Nuragic Age, as shown by the Baccu Idda Nuraghe and the numerous betilic stones of Punta Su Sensu. The town of Bithia was of extreme importance and is found today within the district of Chia. One of the events that cannot be missed is the Fig Festival, the sweet and succulent fruit of the Chia area, the Fish Festival in the month of May and the Feast of 's'Arroseri" in honour of the Madonna del Rosario, the Patron Saint of the village, which is celebrated on the first Sunday in October.(sardegnaturismo.it)

Archeological Museum "Giovanni Patroni" - Pula

The small museum is an indispensable complement to the ruins of Nora, and the same ticket can be used. The highlight of the collection is the “gorgoneion” (head of gorgonians) covered in gold foil. It is also represented on the logo of the museum and found in a tomb chamber of the Punic necropolis of Nora. Opening hours: 9:00-20:00 (summer); 9:00-17:30 (winter); Closed Mondays

Laguna di Nora - Pula

The open air museum between the beaches of Agumu and the Fradis Minoris peninsula and offers a view of the impressive Nora lagoon. The basin receives the waters of Rio Arrieras, on whose mouth the most representative species of the lagoon live: ducks, herons and garzettes. The main theme of the exhibition is the Mediterranean water fauna and is dedicated to environmental education. From June to September it can be visited at set times; from October to May, upon reservation for groups.

Municipal museum - Domus de Maria
